These terms cover your use of seikode.dev, the website of Seikode LLC ("Seikode", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them.

The website

This site provides information about Seikode and its products. You are welcome to browse it, link to it, and share it. Please do not misuse it: do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to break the law.

Our products

Offerin, Manbu, Mockin, and Waypoint are separate products and may have their own terms. Where a product has its own terms, those terms govern your use of that product. Products marked as private beta are unfinished: features may change, and access may be limited or withdrawn.

Links to other sites

The site links to our products and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for content on sites we do not operate.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We try to keep the information here accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seikode LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
